Access to pay-per-view motorsport events is provided by Hourglass Studios Ltd, who acts as the seller for the live events, processes all payments, and issues invoices. Event streams may change schedule, format, or location without notice.
2. Paid Access
2.1 Access requires payment via the methods provided on the website.
2.2 Payments are non-refundable, except where required by Irish or EU law. Digital services delivered immediately, such as live PPV, are generally non-refundable once access is provided.
2.3 Paid access grants a personal, non-transferable license to view the event.
2.4 By accessing a paid stream, you acknowledge that your purchase is made with Hourglass Studios Ltd.
3. Live Event & Motorsport Risks
Motorsport events involve inherent risks. Streams may be interrupted, delayed, shortened, or ended early due to safety, accidents, or technical issues. Participation and viewing are at your own risk.
4. Technical Requirements
You are responsible for a stable internet connection and compatible device. Hourglass Studios is not liable for technical issues preventing access or affecting streaming quality.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share your access with others
- Record, rebroadcast, or redistribute the stream
- Use the service for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with website operation or security
6. Intellectual Property
